Il apparait que l\u2019inflation totale en Belgique a fortement progress\u00e9, essentiellement en raison de la hausse des prix des produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. L\u2019inflation totale des principaux pays voisins (Allemagne, France et Pays-Bas) s\u2019est \u00e9galement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e mais reste inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la Belgique.<\/p>\n

L\u2019inflation totale en Belgique a connu, au premier trimestre 2017, une forte croissance, s\u2019\u00e9tablissant \u00e0 3 % en moyenne (contre 2 % au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent). \u00ab Cette forte progression de l\u2019inflation s\u2019explique par une hausse des prix importante des produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, tant en ce qui concerne les carburants et le mazout de chauffage que l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Le gaz naturel a lui connu une inflation beaucoup plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9e. \u00bb, explique Peter Van Herreweghe, conseiller g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 l\u2019Observatoire des prix.<\/p>\n

L\u2019inflation totale des principaux pays voisins (Allemagne, France et Pays-Bas) s\u2019est \u00e9galement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e au premier trimestre 2017 (1,7 % contre 0,8 % au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent), mais reste inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la Belgique. \u00ab L\u2019\u00e9cart d\u2019inflation en d\u00e9faveur de la Belgique s\u2019est m\u00eame amplifi\u00e9, essentiellement en raison de la hausse des prix des produits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. En revanche, l\u2019inflation sous-jacente des pays voisins s\u2019est stabilis\u00e9e, alors que celle de la Belgique s\u2019est r\u00e9duite \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Peter Van Herreweghe.<\/p>\n
